How to book a tour from us (One)
1. General Information
We provide almost all kinds of tours in China. You (maybe yourself
only, or with your spouse or lover, or your family, or your friends) will
have an English (or other language like German, French, Spanish, Italian,
Japanese, etc.) speaking licensed tour guide, a private vehicle (with size
in accordance with the group) and a licensed driver. The guide, driver and
vehicle will be at your service during the whole trip organized by Abacus
Tour. Prices for private tours could be comparatively higher, if you select
the best hotels and best 4-wheel vehicles. While it could be quite low if
you choose to stay in guesthouses and regular vehicles. We will design
your trip according to your needs and your budget.
Because Abacus Tour has long established relationship with tour
operators in major tour destinations in China and we are able to arrange
tours in almost all the places in China.
2. How to work out your tour itinerary and a price for it?
Since we know every traveler's interest and requirement is UNIQUE, we
provide personalized travel service to you, whatever you are individual
travelers, couples, families, or a group people from an organization. Here
are easy steps for us to work out a perfect itinerary and reasonable
price:
- Decide how many days you have to travel in China; and when you want
to begin;
- Decide what places or areas you want to go;
- Choose a tour route or a tour code from the "China Tours"
or simply tell us a list of places you want to go, or leave it to our
advices;
- Tell us the number of travelers. The bigger the group size is, the
better discount you can get. We provide free trip for one person for
every 16 people (not including the airfare). Single traveler will need
to pay single supplement;
- Tell the the class of the hotel you wish to stay. We provide 5 star, 4 star,
3 star hotels and guesthouse (cheaper hotels which has variety of rooms
within and without bathroom). For European and American travelers, we
suggest they stay in at least 3 star hotels;
- Tell us if you need air tickets from us. We provide China domestic
air tickets. For your international air tickets, we suggest you take
care of them yourselves. Of course, if you need us to book your
international air tickets, we are happy to do so. But usually, in China,
to buy an international air ticket from your home to China, it is more
expensive.
- Tell us if you have any other special requirement (e.g.,
vegetarians, non-smokers, etc.)
- Important notes: For those who plan to travel to Tibet, please bury
in mind that you have to come in and get out of Tibet within the
duration in the Tibet travel permit - no more than that duration. In
another word, if you book two days tour you cannot stay more than 2 days
in Tibet.
