Your arrangements have been excellent and I wish to thank you personally for this. The car was great and the driver very courteous. I must highly commend our guide, Joy, for her absolutely perfect service to us. Never in our lives have we met a guide with such incredible combination of professional knowledge, ability to communicate, commitment, adaptability and pleasant personality as her! She has made the three days she guided us a wonderful experience of Beijing. You have an incredible asset in her. We enjoyed ourselves and got to love Beijing and Chengde. We will definitely come back to Beijing in 2008 and this time wish to engage your agency even more in the preparation and execution of our tour which will also cover places outside Beijing (e.g. Guilin and Xian).
