Home > Feedback From The Customers Dear Peter Xie, My wife and I had always wanted to take a trip to China, but had found the cost to be over our budget (more than $3,800 per person for all the places we wanted to visit). I accidendetlly saw your website. I called your company and spoke to Jerry Wang. He was quick to mail us brochures of the trips available along with notions of his feelings of the different ones. We chose the trip we were interested in and he promptly discussed all of our plans with us. He also gave us telephone numbers of people who had taken the same trip previously, should we want personal comments (and we did speak to them). We found Jerry to be efficient in putting our plans in action. Everything was in order in plenty of time. We even had to change our departure date, which proved no problem for him. We finally took the tour and cannot say enough about it! All went like clockwork. We were treated like royalty, accommodations were luxurious, and the "one on one" travel was truly excellent. We flew city to city, were picked up by a tour person (who spoke good English) and a driver, and had all arrangements made for us (including the side-trips and even airport check-ins). The food was very good. Every day there was an excellent American buffet breakfast. We had plenty of time to pursue our own sightseeing. The people we encountered were most friendly and answered our questions about everything we saw or concerning their culture and way of life. We took many pictures and found very few restrictions. My husband did not have the same desire to visit China (and Hong Kong, Singapore, and Bangkok) that I did, but we both feel it was the best trip we've ever taken (and we've been many places in the world). We hope to visit the Holy Land sometime in the near future and Abacustour is the first company we'll "check-in" with. Barbara Marvin |
