We are back in Sydney after a fantastic trip. Especially China and Tibet were great. Thanks very much for organising this. Everything went well. Tibet was beautiful and very interesting. It was good to have the first day as a rest day, but we had no real problems. We were impressed by Lhasa and the trip to Shygatse en Gyantse was great. Especially the trip back to Lhasa which we did over an unsealed road through the mountains. It gave us a good idea about the life and people there. As you might recall, after Tibet we were in France staying in my brothers house where we had a lovely time.

We both very much enjoyed seeing you again. I have not yet had time to sort out all my photos, but will send you some when I have finished this.
