Please read the following contents carefully
Abacustour would like you to read the following
Terms and Conditions which we consider the basis of the contractual
relationship between Abacustour and you. It is important that you
understand and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as all web
contents. To book a tour from us, please be aware of the followings.
Policy of Payment:
- After you make your decision to take our services as we proposed for
you at the agreed Quotation, be sure to send us an E-mail to state your
acceptance. Please be sure to keep in mind that later
response to our proposal may cause the unavailability of our proposals
due to the shortage of flight tickets or hotel rooms. All of our
proposals were available at the time when we propose for you. We are
sorry that we can not process your booking unless we have received your
confirmation.
- After we receive your confirmation, reservation orders of
your booking will be made through Abacustour. All of the proposed
hotels, flights were available at the time when we are proposing for
you, but we are not able to guarantee the availability of the same
proposals until we have secured the booking after receiving your
confirmation. If we are not able to book what we have
proposed for you, we will give you other alternative options and ask for
your approval before securing the booking. We appreciate your earliest
confirmation at this point.
- When we have confirmed all your booking, we would like to ask you to
pay a deposit of 10-30% through Paypal or wire transfer, depending on different destinations and hotels.
- Balance must be done 15 days before you arrive in China either through Paypal or through Wire Transfer, or UPON
ARRIVAL in China (the first stop), you may make the balance of the payment upon your
arrival. Abacustour exchange rate: 1 USD equals 7.55 Yuan RMB
In case if we do not receive the agreed sum of money before the
arrival, then we have the right not to provide any agreed service. We
are not responsible for any losses of your payment including your
deposit.
For those who make the payment through PAYPAL, wire
transfer, credit card & cash:
- If you wish to pay through Paypal. after we receive your confirmation, we will ask Paypal to email you a money request. please follow the paypal instruction to finish your payment.
- If you choose to make the payment through wire transfer, please
aware that it will take about one to two weeks for your money to reach
our account. We recommend you use Bank of China to do the transfer, as
it will reach us more quickly.
- Please inform us by sending us the receipt you get from your bank by
fax after you have wired us the the money.

By Cash:
Cash (US dollars or RMB) are acceptable upon your arrival in China. But we usually would like to ask you to pay $100 USD through Paypal as your deposit.
Policy of
Cancellation:
- To minimize cancellation penalty, cancellations must be received no
less than 15 days prior to your arrival date. Your deposit, less a $50
US service fee plus 5% of the total payment bank-processing fee (if paid
by credit card), will be refunded.
- For cancellation received more than 20 days, less than 30 days prior
to your arrival, your payment, less a $75 US service fee plus 5% of the
total deposit bank-processing fee, will be refunded.
For cancellation received more than 7 days, less than 21 days prior
to your arrival, your payment, less a $125US service fee plus 5% of the
total deposit bank-processing fee, will be refunded.
- For Cancellation received more than 3 days, less than 7 days prior
to your arrival, your payment, less a $225US service fee plus 5% of the
total deposit bank-processing fee, will be refunded.
- For cancellation received within 3 days prior to your arrival, your
payment, less a $525 cancellation penalty, will be refunded.
- For non-show clients, 50% -100% of your payment will not be

Itinerary
Alteration
Abacustour reserves the right to modify the itinerary of
the tour if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events
beyond our control make such alteration necessary. If such a situation
arises, the increase or decrease in the tour price will be calculated and
charged accordingly. If the arranged tour has to be changed only due to
your own wishes, you are supposed to pay for the corresponsive additional

Non-included Items
in Our Tour Price
- International airfare.
- Overweight baggage(20kg/person
maximum) charges, portage.
- China visa fee.
- Optional tours and meals that not specified in the Itinerary.
- Gratuities and tipping.
- Items of a personal nature such as laundry, dry cleaning, beverages,
personal accident and medical expenses, incidental expenses, taxis where
not part of a regular transfer, telephone and telecommunication charges.

Luggage
Allowance
In accordance with the International Airline Regulations,
the free baggage allowance for economy class passengers is 20kg plus
limited cabin luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility
of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must
have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may
result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.

Travel
Documents
All clients mast be in possession of a valid passport and
necessary visas at the time of commencement of travel. All such
documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel agent
may assist, on request, in organizing the necessary travel documentation.
Abacustour accepts no responsibility or liability for the your failure to
obtain appropriate documentation.
Note: Travel "vouchers" do not work
in the same way as in western countries. The hotels and cruise ships do
not require vouchers from Abacustour's clients. You just need
to check in with your names which are already in their computer before you
arrive. The local guide will help you check in.(Go to top)
Group
Tours
Group prices are based on a minimum number of 10 adults
traveling together and staying in twin share accommodation as stated in
each tour. Should the minimum number of persons not be attained,
Abacustour reserves the right to cancel, amend or recalculate the cost of
the tour program. If such an event occurs, we shall endeavor to provide
the choice of an alternative tour or you may continue the tour as amended
or cancel participation of the tour altogether in which case a full refund
of the tour cost will be made. (Go to top)
About Your
Safety
Many of our tours include activities which require
attention, caution and discipline such as climbing into and out of boats
and up and down hills; and entering and exiting ancient tombs or caves.
Our experienced guides and other staff will advise you and assist you in
these activities, but you undertake all such activities at your own risk.
Abacustour, its employees and agents are not responsible for participants
who do not exercise normal and customary caution, who do not stay with the
group, and/or who do not heed the advice and instructions of our

Health
Requirements
Clients should familiarize themselves with any health
requirement applicable to areas they intend to visit. You are solely
responsible for compliance with vaccination and other health requirements
of governments in countries visited or transited. For those traveling to
Tibet, due to extreme high altitude, a doctor's certificate is requested
stating that passenger is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and
heart condition are normal. (Go to top)
Your
Complaints
If you feel that a valid complaint or claim should be
lodged with us or its service providers, you hereby agree to the following
procedures and terms.
Should you feel that a failure in performance of
Abacustour or its service providers has occurred, you agree to immediately
inform the local service provider. At this time, the local service
provider will endeavor to promptly resolve the matter of complaint and
inform Abacustour of the specific circumstances. Should the local service
provider be unable to assist or be unavailable, you agree to contact
Abacustour by telephone 86-28-66015369 or facsimile 86-28-86661975.
In the event of a claim for compensation, you agree to
inform by facsimile 86-28-86661975 in writing within 15 days from the end of the tour.
Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence most be attached to the
letter of claim.
Abacustour will not be liable for any claims made later
than 10 days after the date of tour completion. (Go to top)
Responsibility
We are not responsible for the following positions:
- All the negative actions during passing the custom .
- All the negative actions and delays which happened because of air
companies;
- Stolen and lost of valuable things of tourists because of his/her
false
- All the losses and damages caused by the tourists themselves
- Abacustour acts only as agent for suppliers such as air carriers and
hotels identified on documents supplied to you in connection with your
purchase of the tours described herein or other travel services.
Abacustour shall not be held responsible for any wrongful or negligent
acts or omissions by any supplier or other party not directly owned or
controlled by Abacustour, or by the failure of any equipment operated by
any such supplier or other party. Abacustour shall not be liable for any
loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise, in connection
with any accommodations, transportation, or other services, resulting
directly or indirectly from any acts of dangers incident to the sea,
fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other
authorities, wars whether or not declared, hostilities, civil
disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines,
medical or customs regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of or
changes to itineraries or schedules, or from any causes resulting from
insufficient or improperly issued passports, visas, or other documents.
Neither Abacustour nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or
become liable
or responsible for any additional expenses of liability
sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the
aforementioned causes.
- The right is reserved to substitute hotels and cruise ships and to
alter itineraries. The right is also reserved to cancel the tour prior
to departure. If any tour is canceled prior to the passenger's joining
the tour, Abacustour is liable for a refund of money received by
Abacustour. Abacustour is not responsible nor liable for defaults of
those not directly under the control of Abacustour.
- The traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and
hereby releases Abacustour from any duty of checking and verifying any
and all passport, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements for each
destination, and all safety and security conditions during the length of
the proposed travel.

these Terms and Conditions, and that you (and your agent) have accepted
