Instructions For Mail Service

Please read carefully following instructions before sending your passport and visa application to Regent China Tours.

It takes a minimum of 12 business days to process applications received by mail.

Applications and passports must be received by the Visa Office no later than 30 days but no earlier than 90 days prior to your departure date.

Regent China Tours will always use any one of the Overnight Delivery Services (Fedex, UPS, DHL) for all mails containing passport(s). We encourage you to do the same when you send your passport to us.

Neither Regent China Tours nor the Chinese Consulate visa office is responsible for the loss or damages to your passports and documents, mishandling by the post office or any other delivery agent.

Neither Regent China Tours nor the Embassy of the People's Republic of China assumes responsibility for the postponement of travel due to the applicant's failure to follow any application instructions.
